Q .Why does my hardwood floor change color with age ?
A . The wood gains color character naturally over the years, and direct sunlight increases this “patina” effect.

Q .How come my floor makes sounds when I walk ?
A . With age, some sub-floors have to be reinforced to reduce the noise which can also be due to an original installation problem.

Q .My floor is fairly clean but it's yellow, should I sand it ?
A. Yes, sanding your floor will eliminate the yellow color caused by sun and old finishes.

Q .Can we clean the floor with water or other cleaning products ?
A . No, specialized products should be used to clean hardwood floors, as water and harsh chemicals can damage them.
